Pool

One of the main attractions of the home is the beautiful private heated 26' x 14' swimming pool, which is enhanced by an extended patio area. The pool area is south facing and enjoys the sun all day and into the evening. The door leading to the pool area from the villa is fitted with a child alarm for added peace of mind. The pool area is covered by a mesh enclosure, which provides full protection against insects and keeps the pool area clean.Don't worry your suntan is not impaired! There is also patio furniture, including four sun loungers and a table and four chairs.

Lounge

The large lounge is fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment including a beautiful black leather suite. Housed in the entertainment suite are a 25" colour TV with access to a large number of cable channels and a "BOSE" stereo music system. (Don't forget to bring your own CD's.) The home is air conditioned/centrally heated throughout and in addition there is a top of the range "Hampton Bay" ceiling fan fitted in the lounge.

Kitchen / Dining Area

You will find the kitchen fully equipped for all your needs and includes a large fridge/freezer (with automatic ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, cooker, toaster and coffee maker. The tumble dryer and automatic washing machine are located in the adjoining garage area, directly off the kitchen.

Master Bedroom 1

This bedroom has a massive king-size bed and 19" colour TV. This room is identical in size to Master Bedroom 2 making it ideal for larger families or two families sharing - no fighting over the best room!

Master Bedroom 1 En-Suite

This large en-suite bathroom incorporates w/c, his and hers wash basins, a large shower and walk in dressing area/closet. This is identical to the en-suite off master bedroom 2.

Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite

This bedroom has a queen size bed, 19" colour TV and cordless telephone. This room is identical in size to Master Bedroom 1 making it ideal for larger families or two families sharing - no fighting over the best room!

Bedroom 3

This tastefully decorated bedroom is twin bedded and as you can see from the virtual video tour shares adjoining en-suite bathroom facilities with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 3

This not so tastefully! decorated Scooby Doo themed bedroom has a bunk bed with a difference in that there is a double bed below and a single bed up above. As you can see from the virtual video tour this bedroom shares adjoining en-suite bathroom facilities with bedroom 4.

Our beautiful new villa for 2002 is within a luxury gated community at Bass Lakes, which is an up market lakeside development, quietly situated off the main road, yet just half a mile away from the attraction packed Highway 192. The location is perfect being 30 minutes from the airport and just 15 minutes away from the magic of Disney World and all the major attractions that make the Orlando area so popular. It is also an ideal location if you wish to travel and discover Florida, and for the golfer there are dozens of quality golf courses within a short distance of the home.

The Interstate 4 (I4) which runs east to west is just 10 minutes away and the Florida Turnpike (US1) which runs from the Florida Keys right up the east coast of America is 15 minutes away. Our home comes fully equipped with all linen, utensils, appliances and comforts to ensure that you have a wonderful time and is suitable for occupancy of up to 10 people.
