Sandi's Place is a fully-furnished studio apartment located on the lower level of our home. It has a bedroom with queen size bed, kitchenette with dining area, bathroom with shower, and a private deck with a tropical garden and mountain view. It's a private and quiet alternative to hotels, condos, and resorts -- and it costs a heck of a lot less! All linens are provided, and there's even a washer/dryer. The kitchenette is fully-equipped, you have your own bar-b-que out on the deck, and there are spices and condiments to ease your food shopping budget. You'll also enjoy bananas, avocados, pineapples, and other fresh foods grown seasonally on the property. There's a TV with cable, a stereo with radio, CD, and tape player, and a library of island guidebooks and maps. The bathroom, well, it's a bathroom, and it has a shower (no tub); there's also an outside shower -- with hot water. Some beach gear is available: beach mats, cooler, masks/snorkels, and beach towels. And, our kayaks are available, free of charge, for your use on the nearby Wailua River.
