The Villa is located in a cul-d-sac within a gated community of 54 homes. There are various shops located left on Route 27 and in Champions Gate which includes a Chinese Restaurant which delivers to the villa's. A McDonalds and supermarket are also located in Champions Gate which is only 3 mins drive from the Villa. Champions Gate and surrounding area offer an abundance of different Golf Courses. Travel to anywhere in Florida is made easy due to the Villa location being so close to the I4, yet far enough not to be heard. You can from the pool see the fireworks display at the disney resorts. The accomodation comprises master bedroom with en-suite, a double bedroom en-suite two twin bed rooms with shared bathroom in between. In the laundry room there is a Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and ironing board. In the lounge there is a Cable TV and DVD player. The two main bedrooms also have TV. There is a phone located at the Villa. The property is maintained by a management company located in an office 3 mins drive on Route 27 who offer advice and problem solving assistance.
