Our Spa boasts a indoor pool, a finnish sauna, one treatment room arranged for pedicures and manicures as well as cosmetic treatments.
Working with a swiss company for natural cosmetics we offer a range of

All our apartments are beautifully furnished and each one is different from the next. All are superbly decorated in a country house style, with 14 of the apartments being located in the main house in the Oberdorfstreet. All apartments have been created with the needs of families in mind.

You can have breakfast at different hotels near the Goldener Hahn.
Your hostess Kathrin Gruber will provide you with a list of these hotels.
If you want to have breakfast at one of these hotels please contact them latest by 5 pm on the day before. Prices for breakfast from 6.50 to 9.50 EUR per person (discounts for children available).

Motorway A 81 Stuttgart-Singen, exit Horb, via Freudenstadt to Baiersbronn.
We are in the Oberdorfstrasse 72 main building. The Oberdorfstrasse starts next to the
railway station.

Goldener Hahn Residence, Hirschkopfweg in Baiersbronn
From the main building in the Oberdorfstraße 72 take the Oberdorfstraße (direction to the church) and turn right directly after the church (Uhlandweg). Please follow the signs to Hotel ?Talblick?. After 100 m leave the Uhlandweg and drive on the Panoramaweg.
After the 2nd curve on the Panoramaweg (i. e. after 500 m) turn right into the Hirschkopfweg (steep, small road). On the Hirschkopfweg take the 1st street on the right (small private street). The 2nd house on this small private street is Goldener Hahn Residence.

Nordic Walking - not just trendy - also healthy.
It's loved in Scandinavia and also here it's no secret anymore to walk
using poles.
Since hereby neglected muscles of the Arms, shoulders and legs are trained
as well, which lead to a higher consumption of calories.
Furthermore knees and joints are relieved.
Baiersbronn offers two Rothaus-Nordic-Fitness-Sports-Parks which have been
officially licensed by the International Nordic Walking Association (INWA). Baiersbronn is the first region to do so in the State of Baden-Württemberg. Altogether there are five routes, from easy to difficult, with a total length of 33 km.
Our specially qualified trainer Andreas Gruber-Beck offers Nordic-Walking lessons as well as guided tours every week.

WINTERSPORT
Welcome in the powder snow!
Skiing in Baiersbronn is because of the large variety of skiing places and the atmosphere around them lots of fun.
Skiers and snowboarders are transported to the tops of the nine slopes
with lengths of up to 1000 metres with seven ski lifts and one chair-lift.
Seven of the slopes are equipped with floodlights.
Conditions are ideal for beginners, as well as for experienced skiers.
And the same applies to the 12 cross-country courses which demonstrate varying degrees of difficulty, and which traverse the most beautiful regions within the holiday community.
The Buhlbach cross-country course in Obertal is especially popular, and its 2.5 kilometre run can be used in the evenings as well thanks to floodlighting.
The three tobogganing runs are great fun for young and old, one in Ruhestein (300 metres long), one in Tonbach (250 metres long) and one in Kniebis (400 metres with floodlights).
And not enough, Baiersbronn also has its own ice skating ring.
So why not try curling for a change?
Those who want less excitement can go for extended walks, or take a ride in a horse drawn sleigh through the snowy Black Forest and enjoy the beautiful scenery and healthy fresh air.
