Property Details of England Chalet

California Sands, Norfolk. Privately owned holiday chalets to let, 5 miles from Great Yarmouth. Dogs welcome (no extra charge) fully equipped self catering chalets, all double glazed and upvc cladded. All linen provided at no extra cost (sheets, duvets, etc.)

The chalets have two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other has either two singles or a "triple" bunk, i.e. single on the top and double underneath, (depending on the chalet). The lounge has a "click-clack" sofa bed. That's a really comfortable one, (not one of these where the mattress is about an inch thick!)

There is a kitchen area off the lounge and there is a bathroom and toilet combined, it has an electric shower but you have to stand in the bath to use it.

There is an ironing board and iron.

The chalets are all electric, there is a slot meter in the lounge which takes 1.00 coins, this is the site owner's charge, not ours.

There are oil filled radiators for heating,they are completely safe and do generate a lot of warmth.

You have free entry to the an indoor swimming pool and club.

Local Area Details

The beach is only ten minutes walk down the road and it is well worth it, it really is beautiful, miles of golden sand, stretching as far as the eye can see! You can take dogs on that part of the beach and you can also fish from there.

As you walk towards the beach, you will find the California Tavern, it is a nice family pub, which offers in-expensive meals, (which we can personally recommend ) Sunday carvery and live entertainment on some nights.
