For lovers of beautiful scenery, Villanueva del Trabuco is hard to beat with olive groves, mountains and tranquillity. Casa Jerel is situated on a pedestrianised street with spectacular views from the house and upper terrace across the rooftops to the Sierras de Jobo and San Jorge. Within a few minutes walk are banks, small shops and supermarkets, traditional bars serving free tapas AND the new village swimming pool. (Open July and August) Whichever season you come to Villanueva del Trabuco, you will find Casa Jerel is prepared -floor fans will keep you cool in summer whilst a mobile gas heater and electric radiators will keep you cosy in winter. The newly fitted kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of storage space. The sunny lounge has two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, and a CD player with cassette & radio facilities. There is a also a TV (Spanish stations) , a video player and a DVD player. On the bookshelves you will find information about places to visit as well as some popular novels. The bedrooms are well equipped with all season quilts and plenty of drawer and hanging space. The main bedroom has 2 single beds and wonderful views to the mountains. Bedroom 3 is accessed through bedroom 2. The utility area has a washing machine, clothes airer and space to store the garden furniture. Additional clothes drying space is available on the open terrace. Please note:- We welcome children but please be aware that floors are tiled and uncarpeted. Due to the steep pedestrianised access, the house is unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Smokers are welcome to use the outside areas of the house. Couples and families preferred.
