This is a spacious villa located in an exclusive complex only 80m from the sea. There are 3 bedrooms - one double, one twin bedded and one with three single beds. The large lounge and dining area have views towards the sea. There is a shower room and toilet downstairs and a bathroom and toilet upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine. The villa is air conditioned. There are three balconies and a terrace to sit out on and enjoy the early morning or late evening sunshine. The villa is set amongst communal gardens and is next to the large communal swimming pool. If you prefer the beach then it is only 80m away!

Local Area Details

Turunc is a beautiful traditional Turkish village which, unlike its neighbours of Marmaris and Icmeler, is not over commercialised. It still retains a small comunity charm and appeals to couples and families who want a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The main street has many bars and restaurants which cater for all tastes and cuisines. There are plentiful gift shops, market shops and boutiques from which to buy your holiday souvenirs and your basic food supplies.

Turunc prides itself on its Blue Flag awarded beach. The waters are clear and unpolluted. The beach is a narrow curve but has free sunbeds for you to soak up the rays, and many beachside bars andcafes to ensure that you are well fed during the day! In Turunc you will not get hassled by shopkeepers - it is forbidden by local by-law.

You can enjoy the scenery of the surrounding pine forests which cover the mountainsides. There are walks to follow through the forests if you are feeling energetic - or you can saunter along to the next villages of Amos and Kumlubuk - which also have beautiful beaches. Or maybe you would rather take the mountain road via dolmus and head for Icmeler market (weds) or Marmaris market (thurs). If you don't like the dolmus then go by the hourly water taxi instead. Either way - Marmaris is only 30 to 40 minutes away.

Sightseeing tours and boat trips can be booked from any of the local tour operators. The village also has its own Turkish Bath House, if you need to get really clean or have a relaxing massage.
