The spacious top (3rd)floor apartment is situated on the west side of the complex overlooking the Amarilla Golf Course, capturing the afternoon and evening sun with clear view of El Teide.

The BEDROOM sleeps two in a double room. There are several chests of drawers, individual bedside cabinets and full width mirror-fronted built-in wardrobes with an abundance of space and coat-hangers.

The KITCHEN has plenty of cupboard space and is equipped with electric kettle, refrigerator, electric oven and four-ring hob and stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for four persons.

The LIVING AREA has a breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, and sofa (which folds out as an extra double bed), plus armchairs. Equipped with TV, Hi-Fi, Video, books, tapes and indoor games. There is also additional wardrobe and drawer space. Full width patio doors open onto the private balcony.

The windows have fitted mosquito nets for your comfort and the bedroom and living room has ceiling fans, as well as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board should you need them.

The BATHROOM is equipped with a bath, shower, hand basin with mirror and shaver point, bidet and WC and has plenty of space for toiletries etc.

The west facing PRIVATE BALCONEY with outdoor furniture and awning, looks out over open ground, Amarilla Golf fairways and the mountains. The entrance overlooks the tropical foliage and pool.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

A local agent is on call should there be any problems.

Parque Albatros is a quiet and attractive low rise holiday apartment complex that lies on a hillside.

From the spacious and comfortable reception area on two levels with its intimate tapas snack and cocktail bar, paths meander down through lush tropical gardens filled with bird song and the sound of the cascading waterfall.

These paths lead to the friendly and relaxed terrace bar & restaurant overlooking the lagoon style swimming pool. There is a separate pool for small children and a shaded children's play area behind which there is the choice of a lift or stairs to the holiday apartment.

Local Area Details

GOLF DEL SUR is a small coastal resort of low rise apartment complexes and a few hotels.

The area has been thoughtfully designed around the golf course and has a relaxed village atmosphere.

Within the resort is the SAN BLAS commercial centre which offers a selection of bars and restaurants, car hire, shops, large supermarket, hairdresser, doctor, banks, church, currency exchange, excursions

ALSO LOCALLY
A newly built marina with a developing range of watersports,regular bus service, or a short drive, to the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas with their sandy beaches. Additional bars, restaurants and other facilities open to the public in the golf club, hotels and complexes throughout the area - you will find tennis, bowls, crazy golf, horse riding, pool and snooker, live music etc.

A GOLFERS' PARADISE
Most golf courses in Tenerife are in the south and west to take advantage of the warm and dry climate. The courses are irrigated by water channelled from the mountains of Las Canadas and therefore present lush havens in the arid countryside this side of the island.

The clubs offer visitors the opportunity to play all year round with very reasonable green fees. For winter breaks the sub-tropical climate provides an alternative to rain-lashed, waterlogged or frozen British courses.

The courses are open to visitors although pre-booking is advised.

The challenging PGA tour 27 hole course of Golf del Sur surrounds the small town.

Amarilla Golf is within walking distance and there are three other courses within a short drive.
