This luxury 2 bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca. Within 45 minutes drive of Alicante Airport, Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town.
The apartment is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is a well established community within Cabo Roig. It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.
The community is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches. The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance. There is a private car park. A key for the automatic gate is provided.
The apartment consists of a living area on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. The living area opens out onto a terrace with a built in BBQ for alfresco evenings.
A fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, leads to a small utility area with washing machine and shower room. The apartment has an exit from here leading onto a pathway to the pool area.
There is also a single foldaway bed in the lounge. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request.
There is a fully fitted bathroom upstairs and a second toilet and shower room downstairs.
Upstairs has a double bedroom leading onto a private terrace, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a fully fitted bathroom. The apartment comes fully furnished with linen and towels provided.
