The privilege of this apartment is that it is located in an exclusive avenue, with a private descent to the beach, reserved to the only inhabitants of the park and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and a small family restaurant. Private parking opposite the villa entrance. This is a lovely place for people seeking for a relaxing vacation, swimming in the blue sea, walking through the most uncontaminated nature and for good Mediterranean cuisine's lovers. Distance from Sorrento center 15 km, Positano 20 km, Amalfi 50, Naples 60km. Considering the distances, clients are suggested a car rental, although there is a public bus running each 50 mins.

TYPOLOGY
This enchanting apartment in villa, simply but comfortably furnished, is built on one level and is completely surrounded by a gorgeous sea view garden. It is composed from a sea view double bedroom with an added single bed, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet/washbasin. Large living-dining room equipped with table, TV, Radio, telephone and a double sofa bed, exit to the garden. Follows a small, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, fire range, washing machine, dishwasher. Outdoors: large terrace overlooking the sea with garden table and chairs and garden with olive trees surrounding the villa.

SERVICE INCLUDED
Electricity, running water, gas, weekly bed and bathroom linens included in the price. Refundable Breakage Deposit: Euro 250,00 (left on arrival by guests, it will be given back on departure). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 80,00 to pay on the premises.
From November to April guests will pay 100,00 Euro for heating.
Arrival time is set between 16.00 hrs and 19.30 hrs. Later arrival should be communicated to owners 48 hours prior to arrival day. Late arrivals will entail overtime (25 Euro per hour of delay). Departure time is set between 08.00 and 09.30 AM.
