This romantic condo offers you 1,000 square feet of living space. It is an airy one bedroom beachfront condo with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony overlooking Half Moon Bay. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living area. You can eat a candlelit dinner in the dining area or on the balcony and enjoy the moon rising over the water. There are 2 entrances to the bathroom so if there are more than 2 you can still enjoy privacy.

Snorkeling and swimming are outside your door. There is a pool for guests overlooking the Caribbean and an excellent restaurant on site. There is a mangrove cenote for viewing sunsets. Yaku Lagoon, restaurants and shopes are within walking distance.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with service for 4. The kitchen has a full frig, microwave, juicer, blended, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. Bottled water is provided. There is a local fruit and veggie market on Wed. & Sat. so you can pick up the freshest produce.

There is dail maid service, AC, a stereo/CD player, beach chairs, towel and laundry service is available on site for a nominal charge.

Local Area Details

Activities - Akumal, Mayan for Place of the Turtles, is the nesting center for sea turtles. They can be seen laying their eggs in May & June and hatching in Aug. & Sept. The Eco-Center provices many activities. The ruins of Tulum, Coba, Chichen Itza and the newly developed Myuil are close by. Enotes dot the area and are wonderful fresh water snorkeling or diving experince. Dive shops are within walking distance of the condo and fishing boats are available in town.

The eco parks of Xel-Ha, Xcaret & Tres Rios are nearby as well as the wonderful caves of Atun Chen.

AKUMAL is one of the older towns on the Mayan Riveria and is well located for whatever adventure your are looking for. Our beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or enjoying a book in the sun or under one of the beach palapas. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the area and there are 2 mini-mercados in town. There is a gym, spa, and Yoga classes available.
