Top floor "Bungalow" sleeps 6 - 2 x twin rooms and double sofa bed (Proper bed style with slats) in lounge. (Bedding and towels for appartment use are provided. You need to bring your own towels for swimming and the beach. ) Well equiped with Microwave, tv with international cable channels, stereo, kitchen appliances, picnic set, cool box and blocks and kitchen utensils, washing machine, solar outdoor lights, loungers, 2 X patio tables, chairs, bbq. Roof terrace, terrace off living area and balconies off both bedrooms. Huge communal pool and beach which is only accessible from within the urbanisation.
Urbanisation has several restaurants/bars/pools, a chemist, supermarket, cafes, electrical goods shop all within walking distance of the property. On the other side of the urbanisation is a new commercial centre (opened Summer 2005)
Property situated on the Cumbre del Sol near Moraira on the Northern Costa Blanca. The urbanisation is in a beautiful hill location with spectacular sea views.
Villa itself is new (Sept 2003).
Both bedrooms have twin beds, bedside table and meditaranean look linen wardrobes leaving the room light and airy for you to enjoy. One room overlooks the sea, the other gives you a view further up the mountain.
Huge swimming pool area to which you will be given your own key (Pueblo guests and owners use only). The pool has a separate kiddies area in a circular shape with concrete posts to sit on. Fab pool bar. Toilet facilities next to pool bar....
Local Area DetailsSeveral beautiful towns closeby -The sough after area of Moraira has lovely restaurants and a beautiful Marina, lots of Golf eg. Javea Golf Club, Cumbre del Sol itself attracts walkers and pot holers/divers. The hustle and bustle of Benidorm is just 20 minutes away where there is a zoo, Benidorm Palace, Theme and Water Parks. Some friends of ours went for a week travelled all over and still ran out of beautiful and interesting places to explore.
