Attached to the house is a large covered terrace, in fact converted from a barn and this overlooks the 10 metre swimming pool.
The terrace makes the perfect SUMMER ROOM for eating and relaxing and you can just sit and enjoy the STAGGERING VIEWS all the way to the Pyrannees.
The Gardens surround the house and include two windmills (not working) and a small area of woodland.
GIANT CHESS, CROQUET and TABLE TENNIS will help you to pass the time.


In winter months the CENTRAL HEATING and LARGE WOOD FIRE make this a warm and cosy house

Sailing on the Lac du Ganguise about 10 mins. Free Tennis Court in the village.
