The holiday home has a spacious living area with extensive glazing providing great natural lighting. It is fully fitted out for 8 guests. The living area is complete with tv and phone. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with whirlpool ensuite. A second bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Above the living area is a fourth bedroom and an open area, which is a great area for children to play or watch tv/video. The open kitchen has all the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, electric cooking plates and combi-microwave. During the Spring, Autumn even the Winter the floor heating provides extra comfort. Outside on the terrace you can enjoy the fresh air and a great view of the dunes. Garden furniture is provided.
Within a few minutes walk from the beach and sea you can rent our luxury holiday home for one or more weeks. The house is also available out of high season for weekends and mid-week breaks.
The holiday home is just outside the centre of Zoutlande (salty landscape) in Duinpark Het Kustlicht (coastal light) and is just a few minutes walk from the beach. The park is well-suited for relaxation, given large plots (600-1000m2) and the privacy the bungalows offer.

Local Area Details

The surroundings
In the park is a small play area for kids. There is also a restaurant and snackbar. You can rent bicycles at the centre of Zoutelande village about 1 kilometer from the park. There is also a pretty local museum and a wide variety of restaurant and snackbars.

At Domburg, 10 minutes away by car, there is a sub-tropical swimming pool, tickets for which can be obtained at the Kustlicht reception, at reduced rates.
Vlissingen and Middelburg are the larger towns in the vicinity with attractive shopping and sightseeing.
Zeeland is ideal for a beach holiday. It is the sunniest province in the The Netherlands with on average 160 hours more sun than the rest of the country. Panoramic views over the sea and beaches, the dunes and dikes, and polders make for great holiday memories.
Visit Middelburg for its many monuments and its ? Miniature Walcheren?. Visit Vlissingen with its fine boulevard and Veere for monuments and terras.
The area of Walcheren with traditional villages such as Aagtekerke, Arnemuiden, Biggekerke, Koudekerke,Grijpskerke and Serooskerke.
You can watersport on the Northsea, the Oosterschelde (floodgate system) and the Veerse Lake. Swimming, sailing, surfing, rowing, waterbiking and waterskiing are also possible.
Walcheren is a fine cycling island with a number of well-posted routes (ANWB). These routes bring you through pretty towns, villages and a number of cultural attractions.
Besides walking and cycling you can also go parallel skating on this island.
To let your dog run freely there are a number of ?dog? beaches, although this is not allowed between 1 June and 1 October between 10 am and 6 pm. On most beaches dogs are permitted on a leash. Look out for boards.
