Bed and Breakfast (North Wales Board - 3- star Country House rating) - We offer traditional B&B farmhouse fare in the Manor House with modern facilities, all that you expect of a Guest House and more. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower facilities. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, electric blankets, colour televisions, fridge and clock radios. For your safety the whole house is fitted with fire alarms and a fire escape. Guests staying in the main house are welcome to relax in the garden or on the patio and play croquet or boules on the lawn. You can also use our sauna, pool table and table tennis in the barn as well as our BBQ's. We offer a hearty breakfast in the Africa Room, which includes local produce, when available, and freshly laid home produced free range eggs, home-made bread and jams. In the winter months (November - March only) we offer evening meals - provided you order your meal from our menu well in advance. After your evening meal, why not relax in our living room where on chilly nights we will have a log fire roaring in the fireplace. During the winter and autumn months we offer a 5% discount for our bed & breakfast guests who stay for more than 2 nights.

There is always plenty to do on the Lleyn Peninsula as we are close to Snowdonia and the Snowdonia National Park, Snowdon itself, Porthmadog, Portmeirion, Cardigan Bay, Bardsey Island, Beaches, Castles, as well as rural activities such as Hiking, Birding, Walks and Walking, Golf, Fishing, Shooting, Scuba Diving, Horse Riding, Quad Bikes (ATV).

| Prices quoted are per room (double occupancy) per night - all rooms en-suite. We also have a Sauna, Pool Table and Table tennis in the Barn - a 6 seater Sauna bath (coin operated) ; pool table (coin operated) and table tennis table have been installed for those wetter days! All this is in a very rustic setting, as the barn is also used for baby animals, sick animals, farm tools etc - so don't say we haven't warned you.
Dog Kennel in the Barn - We also have a small dog kennel in the barn with a small fenced in run for those of you who prefer to keep their dogs in a kennel rather than in the house or cottage.
Croquet and Boules on the Lawn - guests staying in the main house are welcome to relax on the patio in the walled garden and play croquet or boules on the lawn.
BBQs � We have a gas and a conventional charcoal BBQs which are available for use by all our guests. We also provide patio furniture for our cottages and have a few sturdy picnic tables.
Utility Room - A communal building where there are washing, ironing and drying facilities available (with a small donation requested for the tumble dryers) and a welly shower too for the hardy hiker or ardent camper. We also have additional freezer space available, as well as a pay phone. |
