This is a newly built first floor, well located property, just 10 minutes from the town centre by car or approximately half an hour by local bus and close to several golf courses and beaches and would be suitable for mature to middle aged couples. There is one double bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably, and a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping a maximum of 4 people. There is one bathroom with shower, bidet etc.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The living room has a TV and video player. Bathroom linen is not included.
Outside the flat is a balcony with chairs & Table and parking is nearby. On the roof of the flat is a solarium with sofa and chairs, with an impressive view of the area.
