The house is located three miles from the beautiful village of  Roundstone, which has several restaurants shops and pubs. Ballyconneely is a smaller village, three miles in the other direction and has an 18 hole championship golf course.  Calla beach is about 5 minutes walk and has beautiful white sand and is very secluded. There are several other beaches in the area as well as horse riding and deep sea fishing trips, interesting coastline and lots of lakes. The house is well furnished and double glazed.with oil fired central heating. kitchen/dining room with gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher and tv. Sitting room with open fire, tv .  Utility with washing machine. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, one with electric shower.
