A beautiful apartment (75m2 or 807 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real, in a modernist building with a porter. Both street entrances are locked every night to ensure safety of the residents. The apartment can accommodate 6-7 people. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with two sofa-beds, and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette, fully equipped.
Local Area DetailsThis apartment is located just off Las Ramblas, close to Plaza Real where all the most popular night clubs are. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta beach is within 15 minutes walk. It is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
