Our 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is ideally situated on the small and tranquil development of Los Carmenes in the Las Marinas area of Denia. The sandy beach is just 100 metres away, as are numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment overlooks the pool and garden area. A lift will take you to the third and top floor of the building. The accommodation comprises of the entrance hallway leading to a spacious lounge /dining/open plan kitchen area, with sliding doors opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture. It has a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto the terrace and a twin bedroom, also with access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom that has a shower and toilet. There is another double bedroom. All rooms have the benefit of air conditioning, to ensure that it offers superb value and all the essentials for a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Denia. The apartment is on a secure complex and a covered private parking space is included in the rental.
There is Satellite TV , DVD and radio/CD in the lounge. The master bedroom and the double bedroom also have tv. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A car is not essential although it is recommended if you wish to explore the local area.

Local Area Details

Denia, the capital of the Marina Alta, is a modern cosmopolitan city offering both visitors and residents a range of services. It owes its current importance to its being the historical city of the region par excellence, a city that was known in medieval times as the Marquesado de Denia. The historical centre of Denia contains the symbol of the city, its castle. The commercial centre is located in the calle Marques de Campos and the adjacent streets.

Denia is a coastal city located to the north of the province of Alicante and has a 20-kilometre coastline, made of small, beautiful coves. To the north there are the fine sandy beaches of Les Marines and Les Bovetes and the shingle beaches of Les Deveses and L' Almadrava beaches which are craggy and rocky; to the south is the Les Rotes beach. Though the beaches are long, they are not enormous and generally appeal to family-type tourism. Denia is close to the sea, though some of its most characteristic features, such as the Montgo, the Natural Park, are situated on the border between Denia and Javea.
