The apartment is a studio of 50m˛. Spacious, quiet and very luminous. Facing North. It is equipped and furnished to live with all the comfort. It is ideal for two people but it can be for four. Fashionably decorated. It is divided by a furniture in a bedroom area and a living-room and dining room area.
Bedroom area has a queen bed with two bedside tables with their corresponding table lamps. Full-lenght mirror on the wall. A big windows at the back of the building. Curtains that marches with the decoration with blackout to regulate the entrance of the natural light.
Living-Dining room area: it has got 2 nice futons, one center table, one floor lamp, one cable TV, one table with four chairs.
The divisory furnitare allows the natural light goes through so all the apartment is very luminous. It has shelves on both sides (bedroom and living-room areas)
Kitchenette: it is equipped with all the utensils to cook, set of dishes for four people, a coffee-machine, toster, microwave, a fridge, a plate rack, tableclothes and napkins. A furniture like a breakfast furniture divide it from the living-dining-room area.
Bathroom: it is complete with shower and a closet.
There is a closet in the entrance hall.
The apartment has split air-conditioning (cold-heat), an iron, an hairdryer, set of towels and bath towel, 2 set of sheets and blankets for all the people who occupy the apartment. It has also basic set of cleaning utensils.
The price also includes a maid twice a week and a mobil phone with card.

Two blocks from the mithical Corrientes Avenue, of active night life, a walk that any people (tourist or not) should not loose, not only for the theatres, cinemas, bars, restaurants and shops that it has, but, particularly, for the great quantity of bookshops that concentrate in it, where editions and publications of all kinds can be acquired and that remain opened until high hours of the night.
At only nine blocks from the intersection of Corrientes Av. and 9 de Julio Av., where the Obelisk (Obelisco), the irrefutable symbol of the city, is rised. The 9 de julio Av. which is the widest in the world, is one-of-a-kind avenue for its sizes and its small squares.
At eleven blocks from the Teatro Colón (Colon Theatre) which is considered one of the tour most important opera houses in the world in regard to its acoustics and infrastructure. Reservation Payment:
Reservations are made with reservation deposit ofa 30% of the total amount. We use Western Union Money Transfer to receive deposit funds. This company has locations in over 190 countries.
The reception of this money deposit in American dollars, without any discount or comissions, is an essential condition to confirm the reservation.
In the event that the guest should cancel their reservation for any reason, the deposit is not refunded for cancellations with less than 30 days notice and 50% is refunded for cancellations done with 30 or more days advance notice.
Payment Terms:
Published rates are final prices and they include building fees, city taxes, water, electricity, gas, cable TV and maid service twice a week.
At the day of arrival, the owner or a representative will meet you at the apartment to sign the temporary rental contract agreement and respective inventory of the property, which has been previously reviewed by both parties. At this time, you should pay the full amount of the rent as well as the damage deposit. All these payments are to be made at that time and in CASH in US Dollars. Please be sure to have with you the necessary funds in CASH before your arrive at the apartment. We cannot turn over the keys until the guess has paid the balance of the total amount in full (the rental fee plus the security deposit).
The property owner or a representative will leave the guest all keys to access the property. This is a good occasion for the property owner to indicate any pertinent information concerning the functions of appliances in the apartment, and to give the guest a local telephone number where they can be reached for any questions concerning the property.
As the departure date of the guest approaches -ideally, 48 hours before departing- the guest should be in contact with the property owner to establish a meeting time to finalize the contract. At this time, the property owner will meet the guest at the apartment to return the damage deposit, assuming that the apartment is found in the same condition in which it was encountered and that the inventory is complete. Apartments should be left in identical and clean conditions as they were found upon arrival. At this time, the guest will return all keys to the property.
Damage Deposit:
When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. The guest will provide a damage deposit that is kept on file until the departure of the guest. The damage deposit is, of course, returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. Prior to your departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the condition of the apartment and return the deposit. The cost of repairing any damage you cause will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Additional information
The minimum stay is of five days.
The temporary rental agreements are non-extensible contracts. They have a fixed beginning and ending date. For this reason, if the guest desires to lengthen their stay in the rented unit, they should notify info@consult-ar.com in advance of the ending date of the initial contract, in order to prepare a new contract for the new rental period -if the property remains available for the extra time period requested-. Payments for accommodations are non-refundable once they have been made. If a guest should decide to shorten the length of their stay, previously made payments will not be refunded. For this reason, we recommend that guests contract accommodations for the minimum length of time that they will be staying at the rented property, and that they contract a longer rental period should they decide to lengthen their stay. If you decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded.
In the case that a guest who has a rental agreement of several months length, in which the rent is paid month to month, decides to shorten the contracted rental period, the damage deposit will not be refunded, but will be retained by the property owner as compensation for the incomplete anticipated rental period.
Likewise, with this type of contract, if the guest desires to lengthen their stay, they should be in contact with info@consult-ar.com to check if the property is not rented to another guest in order to sign a new contract for the new time period requested.
The time of Check-in and Check-out Hill be agreed previously to the arrival of the guest taking into account the availability of the property and the arrival time in the country.
All property owners reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the reception of guests in their properties. Guests are obligated to provide the names, ID numbers and ages of all persons who will occupy the property when the reservation is made. ID in the form of a passport or national ID card must be provided by you prior to moving into the property. The apartment will be able to be occupied only and exclusively by the number of guests allowed by and included in the contract. The use of the property by more than the number of allowed people will result in the immediate cancellation of the rent agreement, the money paid in advance will not be refund except for the damage deposit after verifying the state of the property.
In the event of unexpected damage caused to the property before the arrival of the guest, which prevents a comfortable stay at that location, The guest will be offered two alternatives: 1) relocation in other kind of accomodation which offers the necessary commodities; 2) refund the amount which was paid for the initial reservation.
The apartment has mobil phone which needs the use of pre-paid telephone cards. This service permits guests to receive any type of telephone call at the rented property.
Pets are not allowed.
