A luxurious Spanish-style detached villa, situated in extensive grounds, with private 10-metre swimming pool, internal open courtyard and breathtaking panoramic sea, mountain and valley views. Purpose-built in 2000 to face the entire coastline the villa has breathtaking 180 degree views from the living areas, swimming pool & middle terrace towards the sea, valley and mountains! In addition, the villa boasts a huge top-sundeck with fabulous 280 degree views!
Built around an open-air courtyard, with BBQ, this light, spacious home offers modern amenities and is furnished/equipped to a very high standard. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 adults in its 1 double and 2 twin-bedded rooms, with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. Spanish-style archways and columns separate the lounge & dining rooms which have 4 ceiling fans. In addition to the numerous ceiling fans throughout, there are also 8 double width patio doors throughout the property which not only enable you to take advantage of the fabulous views but also enable you to take advantage of the cooling valley breeze during the summertime. The 2 large bathrooms (1 en-suite) have twin wash basins, baths and showers. There is also an additional guests' toilet. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully fitted/equipped, home-from-home. For those of you wishing to stay during the winter period, there is a fan-assisted 'log burner'. Digital satellite T.V., CD/Tape player and TV/video are provided. There are ample sunbeds and patio furniture provided, which can easily be moved around to take advantage of the numerous sunny/shaded areas, whilst overlooking the panoramic Mediterranean sea, valley and mountain views! Weekly linen change (bedding, hand & tea towels), pool maintenance and cleaning between lets is included/provided by English Management. Local Area Details'El Pinar' is a small, quiet village situated in the foothills of the 'Sierra los Filabres' mountain range, which is situated within a 10-15 minute drive from the major coastal resort of Mojacar Playa and fishing town of Garrucha. This location is an ideal base for those wishing to relax and unwind as it has good access, not only to the more popular coastal resorts, but is also close to the more traditional, inland, Spanish towns of Bedar and Turre.
The villa is a 2-3 minute stroll to the centre of the village of El Pinar where you will find the local bar/restaurant offering a full 'a la carte' menu and daily snacks. There are also numerous Spanish 'tapas' bars and restaurants offering traditional Spanish and International cuisine which are located at the many nearby villages located within a 5-15 minute drive from the villa. Open-air markets and bazaars, supermarkets and medical facilities are also located within a short driving distance. For golfers there are approximately 8 golf courses, both 9 and 18-hole which are located within a short drive. For the children there is a water park, go-karting, horse-riding, water-sports and the Mini Hollywood theme park which has daily 'shoot outs' staged during the high season, alongwith a small zoo.
