This delightful two bedroom, first-floor apartment is very well placed in Javea, just 500 metres south of the Arenal sandy beach, an area offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the daytime and at night. There is a rocky sea frontage only 50 metres from the apartments, with steps set into the rock to give easy access for snorkelling and scuba diving. The rocks are also an ideal place to try your luck fishing. The apartment itself has a substantial south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens - ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The lounge/dining room is light and spacious, and attractively furnished with a cane 3-piece suite and dining table and chairs. From the living room doors lead to the two bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathroom.
