The property benefits from having two bedrooms (Master is a Double en-suite, The second Bedroom has two single Beds), both with side tables / console and Mirrors - all in top of the range Wrought Iron. A family Shower-room / toilet exists adjacent to the second bedroom. The Kitchen has extensive work surfaces and is fully fitted (Cooker/Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer)and has an adjacent Utility (Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing board etc. The Lounge (with breakfast bar to Kitchen and window to al-fresco area has a chesnut brown Italian Leather suite (which converts to a second, full mattress double bed), matching coffee table and rustic wood furniture. It has Satellite TV (Sky family package included), a DVD (50 family films), portable Hi-fi (CDs)and a comprehensive games cabinet with over 50 family games. The french doors (from the Lounge and the master bedroom) lead to an hugely entended patio around a private swmming pool(heated in winter)with underwater lighting for those evening dips. The Poolside patio has large fixed parasol, extending table, 6 chairs and sunloungers. To the side of the villa the al-fresco dining area comes complete with marble table and ample seating for up to 10 people and equiped with a built in BBQ and Hot Tub. Cot and/or High chair can be made available at no extra charge.
