Property Details of England Lodge
This new Luxury Holiday Lodge (built in October 2004) situated on the lakeside at South Lakeland Leisure Village, a prestigious new development approximately one mile from Junction 35 of the M6.
The Leisure Village has been developed with conservation very much to the fore. The lake within the Leisure Village has already attracted varied wildlife.
The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms, one luxurious bathrom containing toilet, wash basin, spa bath, shower, steam cabin and 1 person sauna, living room featuring state of the art 32 inch LCD TV (full surround sound system) including digital freeview channels, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The lodge also has front decking looking onto the lake with a 6 person hot tub.
Waters Edge bar and restaurant, which has already earned an excellent reputation and is part of the Hi-Life Members Club, is situated within the Leisure Village.
Pure Leisure - Leisure Centre, including indoor swimming pool, steam room, fully equipped gymnasium, beauty treatment rooms and Cafe Lago, Tapas Bar which overlooks the pool, is now fully open.
A children's park play area is to be build in mid 2005.

Local Area DetailsThe Leisure Village is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the Lake District.
Blackpool, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster City, Cumbria and more are all within 30 minutes drive.
There are numerous lovely villages on the doorstep to explore including Arnside, Silverdale and Kirby Lonsdale. The RSPC Nature Reserve at Leighton Moss is a short drive away.
Leighton Hall is open to the public and has an impressive collection of antique furniture including many pieces by Gillow and is well worth a visit. Birds of prey are also flown at Leighton Hall on a daily basis.
Carnforth Railway Station, famous for the film 'Brief Encounter' and recently restored to its former glory is approximately 2 miles away.
Docker Park Farm Visitors Centre is just 5 minutes away and a wonderful place for the Children. Open all year round (weekends November to February).
Non motorised water sports are allowed on the lake within the leisure village. Discounts have been arranged for guest of South Lakes Lodges for water skiing on the adjoining lake which is within easy walking distance of the lodge.
Golf courses nearby include Morecambe, Lancaster, Heysham, Kirby Lonsdale, Kendal, Silverdale and Grange-over-Sands. All these courses welcome visitors and have fabulous views.

| Christmas and New Year weeks are priced at £1125, all other seasons priced between £204 and £1000. Prices include gas and electricity. Bed linen is provided, however towels are not. Mid-week and Weekend rates are available on request subject to availability. A deposit of £150 secures your booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Your lodge will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. Onsite Leisure Centre (swimming pool, steam room, gymnasium and beauty treatments) is not included in the price. Discounted Leisure Passes can be obtained in advance when booking or purchased whilst on holiday for the full price at the Pure Leisure facility.
