Then there is a further area for sunbathing and relaxing or simply to sit & read a book under the shade of your very own palm tree!!!
Walk to the sandy beaches on either side of the Pointe de la Croisette in just a couple of minutes and return to shower off under our wonderful hot outside shower under the palm tree!

Marlyne 2 is in a very quiet & private, gated road situated a few hundred yards from the Boulevard de la Croisette. A minutes walk will take you to both Palm Beach & Petit Plage as well as several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butchery & Post Office. The Palais du Festival is a 10 minute walk away along the Croisette and the A8 bus runs in a loop from your gate to the town centre and back every few minutes.
The Studio is furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. There is a full sized double bed and then double sofa bed and single sofa chair so all combinations can be catered for.There is a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with an additional kitchen area for outside entertaining. There is an English Channel TV, DVD and even a hot & cold shower under a bay tree for those after beach showers too!

Local Area DetailsOne block from the famous Croisette the studio is so close to all attractions & you can walk to all main parts of Cannes. There is the famous Place de l'Etang the home of Boules around the corner, The Palm Beach Casino a few minutes away. This whole area has recently been beautifully refurbished and the square is a delight to sit out in and enjoy the speldid cafes and restaurants. Several beachside restaurants and cafes less than a minute away. The French sailing school is on the beach about 4 minutes walk from the studio and all main watersports and boat rental take place at the Marina nearby and at the beaches at the end of the road. You can buy all your groceries from small local shops, butchery, bakery etc within a 2 minute walk. The private gated road makes for a very peaceful environment and the garden provides a wonderful eating out and entertainment space or a peaceful sunbathing haven!
