Downstairs you enter into the kitchen which is fully equipped including a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, and all the usual small appliances. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are also supplied.
There is a spacious living/dining area with a 3 seater settee and 2 chairs, dining table and 4 chairs, and a TV and DVD player and a radio. Off the lounge is a WC and hand basin. Patio doors lead onto the patio area which has a table and chairs and sunbeds overlooking the swimming pool.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, and plenty wardrobe space and has a balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedroom has twin beds, dressing table and wardrobes. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a bathroom with bath/shower, W.C. and hand basin. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Car parking space is provided.

Local Area Details

Situated on a small and select development this brand new town house is located in a quite and peaceful residential area but is less than a 10 minute stroll to the seafront, harbour, shops and restaurants.
The property is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained shared swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. The local municipal beach is only 15 mins walk from the villa at Kato Paphos, the main tourist area with the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, taverna?s and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours. For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 9kms. away with water sports, bars, taverna?s and shops.
Check in times is from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
