Villa Rosa Blanca is a detached luxury holiday villa with private pool
3 bedrooms, sleeps upto six people
Elevated, south facing villa on the prestigious Ciudad Quesada estate, commanding distant views of the Salinas and a perfect point to watch the beautiful sunsets, situated in a private high walled garden with its own 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. Local facilities include Aqua Park, golf course, tennis, banks, medical centre, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The villa has an enclosed sun lounge overlooking the pool: white 2 seater sofa with cushions, white circular table with 4 chairs/cushions, occasional table/2 stools, floral decoration, decorative plates etc. There is also a separate covered terrace with open arches and table with 4 chairs.Steps lead down to the garden and pool.
The villa has a comfortable living/ dining room with a 3 seater sofa and ample chairs. It has satellite televison,a radio and a CD player.Other furniture include a dining table/4 chairs, chest of 6 drawers, coffee table, occasional table, ornaments, cushions etc.
The villa has a fully fitted spacious kitchen with electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.There is ample crockery and cooking utensils. There is seating around the breakfast bar. There are also laundry facilities in the utility room at the villa...a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing boord.
The beautiful 10m X 5m swimming pool is set in an established garden with palm trees and shrubs to provide ample shade The shallow end is 1m and the deep end is 2m. There are 6 sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue area.
The main bedroom has a double sized bed, side cabinets and wardrobe. The ensuite consists of a shower cubicle, wc and handbasin.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.
There is a separate family bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, washbasin and wc.

Torrevieja
Torrevieja, surrounded by two salt water lakes, was originally a tiny fishing village. The fishing industry is still thriving today, although the town has grown into a very popular tourist destination for Spanish and other European visitors. The Salt Water Lake Nature Reserve attracts a huge variety of bird life including Flamingos. Amongst the welcoming features of Torrevieja are the Marina, Park of Nations, Salt Lake Museum, super beaches, many plazas, water parks and of course an array of bars, restaurants and night life.
Almoradi
The town of Almoradi is typical of a traditional Spanish town. The main square in front of the church of San Andrés is beautiful with its carefully pruned trees. The excellent Saturday market is very popular with tourist and locals, as more and more people are discoverin Almoradi. The golf courses at Rojales, Los Montesinos, Algorfa, Los Ramblas, Campoamor to name but a few are all within a short driving distance. New to Almoradi is a supermarket selling a wide range of British goods.
Ciudad Quesada
The town of Quesada is very residential as well as being a popular place for buying holiday homes. All amenities are open all year round which include an eighteen hole golf course, tennis courts, bowling green and Quesada Country Club. Ciudad Quesada boasts an abundance of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. It also has an Aqua park open during the summer months.There is a 4 star Spa Hotel available for day guests. Feeling more energetic? book the tennis court at the Town Hall in Quesada. Torrevieja and Guardamar beaches are a short drive away.
Rojales/Benijofar
These traditional Spanish towns are only five minutes from Ciudad Quesada and are best explored on foot. You may be surprised to find many cave houses in the back streets of Rojales and the super municipal sports facilities at Benijofar. The amenities include three large supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacists, banks, emergency medical centre etc. As in most Spanish towns the fiestas are a sight to behold, especially, the Moors and Christians in June.
Guardamar
Guardamar is a very popular beach resort with miles of green flag beaches and lovely sand dunes. There is a beautiful park running parallel to the coast with turtles, ducks and other wild life. Why not take a stroll to the castle. The town boasts a large market each Wednesday, which is popular with locals and visitors alike. The resort is very popular with Spanish holiday makers as well as other Europeans.
