Chalet Nicolas is a luxurious, self-catered, ski-in/ski-out chalet located in Morzine, at the bottom of the Pleney ski area.
The chalet sleeps 6 persons comfortable though has provision for 8. It has all the facilities you would expect from a modernised chalet. The shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine towen are all within easy walking distance, and is situated just below an easy piste back to the Pleney telecabine.
- Large living room with dining area to seat 8, dual aspect windows, stove.
- Living room has double bed-settee, easy chairs, coffee table, satellite TV/VCR and stereo.
- Spacious kitchen very well equipped with oven, hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave.
- Bedroom 1 with 3 single beds (+ 1 pullout) and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds and bunk beds.
- Each of the two bedrooms can sleep up to 4 people, and a bed-settee in the lounge can take 2 people, so for 6-8 people several combinations are available.
- Under-floor heating throughout, thermostatically controlled.
- Second bathroom with toilet, wash basin, bath and towel-radiator.
- Warm utility room for boots. Washing machine and dryer available.
- Ski rack in garage, with ample room for storage.
- Private car parking.
- Lively town with fabulous views.
- Possible to ski back from a green piste.
- Morzine centre just 15 minutes walk.
Travelling to Morzine is easy and straightforward. It's just an hour from Geneva or 8-10 hours drive from the channel ports.

The chalet is about 900m from the centre, with ski shops, lifts, bars/restaurants, and ski schools even closer.
