A comfortable villa set in the popular urbanisation of Villotel, near Moraira. On two levels, the upper level comprises two bedrooms, fitted kitchen, bathroom and lounge, opening onto covered, south facing terrace. Lower level is self-contained with large bedroom, shower and small kitchen. The very large community pool is about 70 mtrs away. On site parking.
This villa is also available for winter lets (October to March).
A complimentary "Welcome pack" is provided in each accommodation, comprising of : water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer, soap, toilet roll. (For which there is no charge.)
Local Area DetailsEl Portet y L'Ampolla, Les Platgetes and L'Andragó are small, peaceful beaches. Eight kilometres of coastline, which start at Morro de Tamarit up to Punta de l'Estrella, surrounded by a sea that is always blue and warm.
Some have fine sand and shaped like a shellfish, like at El Portet and some are small coves made of small rocks for the enjoyment of the visitor who loves peace.
