The house is only 200 meters far from Plaç¡ del Cap de la Vila (Sitges main square), 400 meters far from San Sebastian beach and from the Church neighbourhood, the most beautiful area in Sitges. Just in front of the house there is the Retiro Complex that includes public parking (24 hours a day) gardens, Café ¡nd the Cinema where every year it is done the Sitges Festival of Terror Movies. The house has four levels and it features central heating, air conditioning and a large terrace. At the street level there is a garage (available as an extra) and a dressing area with a bathroom just some steps up the street door.
