The large south-west-terrace (about 25qm, with garden furniture and sunbeds) is surrounded and partly shaded by old peppertrees and oleander.
The apartment has got sleeping room with two extra large, very good single beds, shower room and living room with well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, 4 flames gascooker, oven, fridge with cooler etc.) and dining place. The apartment is centralheated in winter.
Finca San Ambrosio has 7 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, which can be rented individually or all together. Ideally also for groups, seminars, big families. When desired half- or fullboard, if the main house or the whole finca is rented.

Local Area DetailsIn the most southern part of Spain between Cadiz and Tarifa in beautiful rolling landscape, 2,5 miles from the sea, Finca San Ambrosio is situated in a 11,000 m2 subtropical garden. A little paradise to relax, and starting point for many activities: long sandy beaches, fantastic walking and riding opportunities as well as first-class golf courses nearby. Swim, Surf, Paragliding, Whalewatching. "white villages", Cadiz, Seville, Grenada or a trip to Africa (Tanger).
HORSE RIDING: The DEHESA MONTENMEDIO with it's international dressage and racing events is situated some miles away. JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, place of famous horse-celebrations and -auctions, only 50 miles away, is easily reachable by an expressway. Horses can be lent nearby.
BEACH WALKS, DIP AND SWIM: more than 13 miles of beach.
COOKING: Atlantic fish and sea fruits, catch-freshly and inexpensive; vegetable daily freshly from the market hall
SURFING: From the surf paradise Tarifa to Cadiz at different beaches
