rented as apartments or as private rooms. There are six total baths in the
house. This property has window air conditioners, sattelite TV, three
fully equipped kitchens, a patio and grill area, and many off-street parking spaces. It is two and one-half blocks to the Atlantic Ocean where
a large beach is available to the public. We are about one hour from
New York City by train, bus, or auto. Enterprise rent-a-car has an office
in Belmar. There are taxis and lime services available. There are many
activities including professional beach volleyball, a fish festival, and
a kite festival.
