Property Details of Texas Guest House
I sit on over 5 acres where it is very peaceful, yet close to everything. We are just one street down FM 306 from Hunter Road, which takes you into Historic Gruene, less than 5 minutes away. The best place to access the river is in Gruene, where they will drive you up the river and you'll end up back in Gruene hours later. Or, you can float on the lazy Comal River in Landa Park, which is about 10-12 minutes away. This is a beautiful park with a train. Schlitterbahn is about a 10 minute drive and Canyon Lake 20 minutes.
The guesthouse is separate from my home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, TV and VCR. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher. There is a large family room with a futon sofa/double bed, TV/VCR, table and chairs to seat four. I can put a double size air mattress in that room on the floor. I stock the kitchen with your breakfast preferences and you eat on your own when you're ready. I put a bowl of fruit and several other extras (cereal, popcorn, etc.) in the guesthouse. I also stock the kitchen with condiments, spices, seasoning. You are welcome to BBQ outside on the grill. We have a wonderful large pool and hot tub. There is also a basketball goal.

| My guesthouse rate is $150 a night for up to two adults with children (the third night on discounted to $100 each) and $10 each additional adult plus 10% tax. I am not set up to accept credit cards. I would need one nights deposit made out to: Janet Oleksy within three business days to confirm and the balance due in cash on arrival. If you would rather bring your own food, I could offer you the guesthouse at the rate of $130 a night, again with the third night on at $100 and $10 each additional adult plus 10% tax. |
