Booking with us has never been so simple with our new online reservation services!! Ask for our long stay and off season prices. Open year round, our B&B offer you a non smoking environment with all the facilities you need: reading room with TV, hairdryer and alarm clock in every room, private or shared bathroom. You have now acces to high speed/wireless internet connexion and a workstation in the common area. Have no worries about the neatness of the house: our nice and devoted Nadine almost made a religion out of houseworking!

Montreal is at your doorstep. By foot, métro or bus, you'll easily find the Latin Quarter, Old Montreal, the Old Port, St-Laurent and St-Denis Streets, Chinatown, Mont-Royal and its uniquely picturesque neighbourhood. What's more, the house is close to the city's
best shopping spots and downtown's bustling business community. The Berri-UQAM métro station and bus depot are just a mere two minutes away.

Reservation and cancellation polices: a 33% deposit is asked for any reservation, except during specials event periods. If cancellation in made full 7 days before check-in day, the deposit is reimbursed completely: for any cancellation made in a less than 7 days delay, the deposit is kept. Note that all prices are in CAD$ and don’t include taxes.

After a lot of demands about it, we can now offer to rent our whole house! With 5 rooms wich can host up to 13 people, you and your friends will feel totally at home. Whether it is for a reunion or a wedding, it is the perfect way to celebrate that special event wich means so much to you.
AND
We can also guest you in our city appartment, located in the same house that our Bed & Breakfast. This formula, without breakfast, offer you more intimicy, just as if you were at home.
Whetever the lengh of your stay, all the amenities are offered to you: Two spacious rooms with large bed, full equipped kitchen, Air conditionning, livieng room with cabled television & high-speed internet, Bathroom and even a little garden.

Directions:

From P-E Trudeau International Airport (YUL):
• Take Highway 20 East toward Montréal.
• Stay in the center lane and take Highway 720 East
(Autoroute Ville-Marie) toward downtown (Centre-ville).
• Stay in the rigth lane to be able to take the exit Berri.
You will immediately take the right side of the Y
in orderto arrive on St-Antoine St.
At the 4th signalisations ligths, turn left on Amherst St. At the 4th signalisations ligths after that, turn left on
De Maisonneuve st. - 3 streets after, turn right on
St-Christophe. It is the 1673, the green house alittle before the park.

From the Jacques-Cartier bridge:
• As you approche the end of the bridge,
stay in the right lane and follow downtown
indications (the exit in front of you).
Stay in the right lane in order to turn
right at the first street (De Maisonneuve Boulevard).
• Keep going straight for 1 km until you reach
St-Christophe Street.
• Turn right on St-Christophe. It is the 1673,
the green house alittle before the park.

From the Champlain bridge:
(From U.S. Interstate 87 or Interstate 89,
and Highway 10)
• Crossing the Champlain Bridge, remain in the right
lane and take the exit toward downtown
(Centre-ville - Autoroute 10 - Bonaventure).
• Take the exit 720 east.
• Stay in the rigth lane to be able to take the exit
Berri. You will immediately take the right side of
the Y in order to arrive on St-Antoine St.

Take the orange,yellow or green line.
