Completed in November 2004 with top quality materials and sited in one of the prime spots of Terra Moraira urbanisation; it has 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 sun terraces, car parking space, garden and communal pool. Although not a villa it has enough seclusion for private sun bathing and meals on the terrace.

The front door leads into a reception area which is linked to the living space that includes comfortable seating with a log burning fire and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is at the front of the house and has a serving hatch into the living area from where the patio doors lead to the lower sun terrace which is nice and big and stretches across to the master bedroom also. Stairs lead down to the small private garden.

On this lower level is also the master bedroom and the large shower room. The bedroom has integral wardrobes and patio doors leading again to the lower terrace that has stunning views over the valley.

The stairs by the front door lead up to two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a door leading to the upper terrace that shares the view over the beautiful valley and countryside.

There is also a roof terrace, but we have to put stairs in to access it- maybe one day, I bet the view from the roof is spectacular.
