This is a superb first floor studio apartment. Fitted and decorated to a high standard. The living area is large and airy and has a dining table and four chairs with a comfortable armchair. The apartment has a large firm double bed. There is a television which is connected to the communal system, which has several English speaking channels. There is also a stereo music system with disc play, tape decks and a radio tuner. The kitchen is small, but fully fitted with an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a freezer compartment. There is ample cutlery and a full dinner and tea service. There are also plenty of pots and pans if you wish to cook plus a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a good size bath fitted with a shower together with a sink, toilet and bidet. The urbanisation has a large swimming pool with sunloungers situated in a well kept garden environment. There are also two tennis courts on the complex. The apartment has an underground car parking space and there is 24 hour security. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included.

Puerto Banus is located between Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara, just after the famous Golden Mile.

Puerto Banus is the place to stroll by the quayside and jetties and gaze at the fabulous luxury yachts or just sit sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.

Since its inception some forty years ago, the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, a commercial shopping centre, El Corte Ingles & Hipercor department store where you can buy just about anything. There is a marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown in their original soundtrack.

Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with a choice of al fresco restaurants, piano bars, clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashion houses featured here and in addition there is Marina Banus with its interesting shops and boutiques.

If you really want to have a bird´s eye view of the port´s magnificent position, then regular boat trips are the ideal solution and available on a regular basis from the port's quayside mooring. The beach adjacent to Puerto Banus holds an European blue flag.

Every Saturday morning at Puerto Banus, by the bullring close to Central Plaza, is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.
