Prima Ore is a small hamlet in the Parco del Gigante region of Reggio Emilia in Emilia Romagna just over the Tuscan border with beautiful south facing views over the appenines and is also near to local ski resorts. The farmhouse has central heating and double gargage, all rooms have radiators (two twin and a double bedroom upstairs plus cot). Large bathroom with washing machine. Bedding and towels provided. Kitchen has wood burner and gas stove and there is also a wood burning stove and large open fire in living room. There is a seperate dining room and a fourth double bedroom on the ground floor. The house has an enclosed south facing sun terrace, patio and garden with fig tree. An ideal location for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Local Area DetailsPrima Ore is on the road to Ligonchio and about 20 min drive from Villa Minozzo. An ideal location for walkers, hikers, skiers, golfers, cyclists and all lovers of nature. Cerreto Laghi, Civago, Febbio, Ospitalleto and Abetone are local ski resorts so the house is well placed for summer and winter breaks. There is an open air pool in Villa Minozzo (20mins)and in Toano (45). There is a small local store within 15 mins walk with a bar and disco next door. Villa Minozzo (two supermarkets and Thursday market) and Ligonchio are easily accessed by the local bus service. Calstelnuovo nel Monte can be reached in 30 mins and is the largest town in the region with hospital and schools. For the budding artist - why not try La Casa Del Colore where you can buy all the necessary tools to reproduce the beautiful views on canvas.
