Upstairs there are three good-sized bedrooms, two with wooden framed double
beds (sprung mattresses) and one room with two single beds. There is an upstairs shower-room/wc.

Outside there is a tiled sun terrace that is bathed in sunshine all afternoon and evening and a large grassy garden area. Garden furniture is available in the stone outhouse and there are bicycles available for loan in the outhouse too.

If you want to spend an idyllic holiday away from it all surrounded by rolling countryside and within a few miles of beautiful beaches and medieval towns then this is for you. La Maison Jaune is a carefully restored farm cottage that is ideal for any one seeking a quiet break in the French countryside. The house is situated down a quiet track in the hamlet of La Ville Robert, which comprises of four or five houses in total. It is 5 minutes drive from the village of Pluduno and a couple of minutes more brings you to the town of Plancoët. Dinan and Dinard are 20 minutes drive and St. Malo is around 30 minutes away. The nearest beach can be reached in 15 minutes.

There is a wonderful selection of places to go to in the surrounding area. Beautiful beaches at St. Jacut and St. Cast as well as the famous sandy expanses of Les Sables d'Or les Pins. Erquy has a scenic harbour where you can eat at a quayside café and watch the world go by. Dinan and Josselin are fascinating mediaeval towns with lots of shops and exhibitions. Dinard is a rather splendid seaside resort with abundant cafés and restaurants and a magnificent promenade. St. Malo is within easy reach with beaches, town shops and some huge hypermarkets on the outskirts of the town, Cora is one of the biggest.

If all this is too much then just get out the bikes or your walking boots and take in the local scenery.

Eating out is well catered for, ranging from the Val de Gravel at Corseul which is tremendous value to Le Crouzil in Plancoët that has menus which will make you review your bank balance but promises an eating out experience you'll never forget. There's a lot to choose from in between. Although Brittany isn't a wine producing area there's loads of good value wine in the supermarkets and caves and of course the local cider is well worth a try!

All in all the area has something for everyone, from chateaux and shops to the hustle and bustle of the weekly farm markets.
