Villa Azzurra is located in Terrasini?s area, along the steep and rocky coast bathed by the turquoise waters of the Tirrenian Sea.
The Villa is only 100 meters from the sea, about 15 km from the Airport of Palermo,
about 12 km from the town of Terrasini, a turistic resort with all kind of services and
shops open year round and with interesting cultural activities that enhance the sicilian character. The cultural city of Palermo is only 20 km away.
Inside, Villa Azzurra offers a cosy atmosphere enhanced by a living-dining room with picture windows, fireplace and some handmade furnishings. There is a kitchen equipped with gas oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. washing machine available. The bedroom?s area is accessed from the living ? dining room.
There are four bedrooms but only three are available for the guests. There are 3 twin bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The decoration is sober but elegant and comfortable at the same time.
Villa Azzurra enjoys a privileged location since their grounds belong to a protect area for the mediterranean nature preservation.
Outside the property is surrounded by an accurated garden with ornamental plants and cultivated grass plants; there is a swimming pool (6x12) with springboard.
The ample barbeque is one of the most enjoyable places for outdoor meals. It is equipped not only with gas oven but with wooden hub, a characteristic element found in the traditional sicilian cuisine, and decorated with a splendid collection of ceramics from all over the world.
The property has direct access to the sea through a path and further steps that lead
to a small plateau on the sea.
