The property is well equipped and immaculately maintained. It has it's own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of five and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. It has a seperate fully fitted kitchen. It's southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sunseekers out there.It also has its own private residents pool, which is open all year round, is key operated and has its own lifeguard in the summer months.

The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). There is a hairdryer available.The living room has a sofabed and a standard sofa with English satellite television along with a radio and CD player, a PSOne with games, board games and books. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer,microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, juicer, iron, ironing board and washing machine There is also a dining area which seats 6.

Linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels.

A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted.

Prices shown are per week for up to four guests, for a party of five there is an additional charge of ?15 per week

A damage and key deposit of ?100 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

Smoking on the terrace only, please. The front patio is fully enclosed with a lockable gate, important for those little ones and there are no steps so is suitable for everyone.

Please note there are no hidden charges like a departure clean on the above prices!

Local Area Details

Our ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, about 20 miles south of Alicante. Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year.

It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within 20 minutes of the apartment.

Within walking distance there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling.

It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential.
