An attractive, double storey, villa situated in the affluent area of Club Moraira and just over three kilometres from Moraira village and beaches. The property has been cleverly designed to fit into the existing Moorish terraces of the hillside. The house enjoys pleasant views over the surrounding area and to the sea and is within walking distance of the restaurant, bar and tennis court of the Swiss Hotel. Inside, the villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped to ensure an enjoyable holiday.

From the stone clad drive at the side of the property, access to the house is gained through a gated arch and via a short flight of steps that lead up to the covered terrace and the main living accommodation.

From this terrace, double doors lead in to the main living / dining room. You will find the main sitting area to your right, furnished with three sofas, TV (free to air Sky satellite channels), DVD, VCR, and hi-fi unit. The middle area of the room is used for dining and, to the left, behind a small, American style bar is the kitchen, equipped to comfortably serve up to ten people ? and having fitted cupboards and worktops, a four-ring gas cooker, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine. A back door connects the kitchen to the rear garden and another large parking or play area.

An arch off the living room gives access to a short passage, off which are three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom that also holds the automatic washing machine. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other two have twin beds: all have fitted cupboards, mosquito nets and ceiling fans.

Downstairs - and with a separate, external entrance - is a fourth bedroom, furnished with twin, single beds and with en-suite shower-room. Outside is a second covered terrace with stone table and benches plus a small serving area with worktop, sink and refrigerator. There is also a small store for terrace furniture.

The villa stands in an established and well-tended garden of just under a third of an acre in area and planted with many mature palms and shrubs. The main external features at the front of the villa are the two covered terraces and the spacious open sun terrace that surrounds the large, 10 x 5 mts, swimming pool that is rectangular in shape and has Roman, integral steps for easy access. The terrace area is gated and walled and is well equipped with plenty of terrace furniture and sun loungers, there is also a portable barbecue. At the rear of the villa is a large, paved parking / play area and garden.

The villa is professionally maintained by a local, English owned and run, Property Management Company. They will always be on hand to assist and help with any query or problem that might arise during your stay.

Local Area Details

Once a tiny fishing hamlet, situated approximately midway between the cities of Valencia and Alicante, Moraira has grown to become one of the most attractive and prestigious holiday resorts of the northern Costa Blanca. Fishing boats still sail from the port, and there is a daily market where their catch is sold, but their numbers are now far exceeded by the luxury yachts and pleasure craft that today use the port facilities and marina.

Small enough to be unaffected by mass tourism and to have retained much of its original charm and character this, now vibrant and cosmopolitan, holiday village offers a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainments that are sure to suit all age groups and tastes.
