Set behind privacy walls, just five city blocks from the turquoise Blue Caribbean sea, Amigo?s B&B opened in 98 with three spacious cottages tucked deep in the back of a large tropical fruit garden. Each cottage style room has it?s own entrance, private bathroom, complete kitchenette with micro, refrig, hotplate and all cooking-eating utensils, AC, ceiling fans, nightlights, alarm clocks, CD-radio players, and choice of bedding options ( king or sinlge bed options). The communial palapa area with cable remote control color TV, DVD, VCR, music, books, magazines, games, darts, exercise bicycle, and child sized pool table complete the area. On site is a large free form multileveled swimming pool for your enjoyment after a day exploring the nearby Mayan ruins or snorkeling in the spectacular waters Cozumel is so famous for. Bicycles are available free of charge for your use. Children, families and groups are welcome.
Local Area DetailsThe water?s surrounding the island of Cozumel, host the major concentration of second largest barrier reef system in the world, the Great Mayan Reef, which extends from Isla Mujueres in the north to the Honduran basin in the south, has made Cozumel a scuba diving and snorkeling-water sport meca. Hundreds flock year round to participate in water sports activites, glass bottom boats, wind surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, submarine visits, and more. The nearby famous Mayan ruins of Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza can all be visited from Cozumel in a day trip excursion which we here at Amigo?s B&B Cozumel can arrange for you.
