Property Details of Aquitane Gite
This former wine producers house has been renovated to include 2 gites and is set in 3 acres of gardens, which include a fenced pool, lawns, swings, barbeque, shady eating area and ample parking space.
The gites are particularly suitable for young children and equipment is provided for babies.
The two gites, Les Magnolias and Les Lauriers, are similar in size and both face south across the grounds and swimming pool.
The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Linen and towels are provided (please supply your own swimming towels) and all water and electricity is included for summer lets.
Each gite has a patio area with table and chairs, parasol and barbeque.
The owners can provide a full range of baby equipment: cots, highchairs, baths, changing units, bottle steriliser, stairgates and toys.
A buggy is available on request.
There is a comprehensive selection of games and books in each gite, and videos are also available.

Local Area DetailsThe property is a 20 minute walk from the village which has a butcher, baker, grocer and cafe�.
The historic citadel town of Blaye is 10 miles away, with a supermarket, variety of restaurants and daily ferry service to the Medoc.
There is a lake for swimming a short drive away with a sandy beach and restaurant, and the Atlantic beaches are less than an hour's drive.
The city of Bordeaux is 40 minutes away, and it is 45 minutes to St Emilion.
Arcachon, Saintes, Royan, Cognac and Angouleme can be reached in an hour.
