A 3 minute walk from the townhome to the Windsor Palm Resort clubhouse and resort amenities provides the opportunity to view meet other guests or buy a paper at the sundry shop.
The clubhouse has a fitness centre, 58 seat movie theatre, community pool, spa and separate children's pool, two clay tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, games arcade, fitness centre, sundry shop and nature trail for walks around the sub tropical landscape grounds.
