There is a garden area with a private pool,( maintained June to Sept inclusive) together with allocated underground secure parking. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay., English TV, Microwave, Fridge freezer, washing machine etc

The apartment is situated 5 minutes walk to a beautiful clean sandy beach, which stretches for miles, together with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

You are 15 minutes walk to the stunningly picturesque harbour of Puerto La Duquesa, where there is again an assortment of shops, cafes, and restaurants catering for all taste.

Estepona is 15 minutes drive away towards Marbella, Gibraltar is 20 minutes drive towards Cadiz. so lots to explore, also the white villages of Andalusia, Rhonda, and lots more, and of course we have the Costa Del Golf !! numerous Golf Courses to suit all. To mention a few, Sotograde, Valderrama. Estepona. If you should not be using a car, you are two minutes away from the bus stop, or of course there are taxis and organised tours available.

Within fifteen minutes drive, you could be playing on El Paraiso, Atalaya, Estepona Golf, Sotogrande, Valderama, Almenara 1&2, La Canada, Alcaidesa, and last but not least San Roque Club, in fact you have some of the very best courses in Europe to choose from.
The nearby town of Sabinillas has a good variety of shops and many other bars and restaurants as well as a lovely Paseo Maritimo(promanade) which streches all along the sea front,the beaches in this area are long,safe and clean.
Manilva Village and it´s environs are famous for the grapes they grow and the wine they produce.The Vendimia, or grape harvest festival, is celebrated at the begining of September and is a riotous affair.The attractive town of Estepona is not far away ,neither is Gibraltar
or any number of pretty Andalucian white village.In fact Beachouse is the perfect base for a holiday that combines comfort,rest and relaxation with as much activity,entertainment and
variety as you could wish for.
