The Elms at Newtown:- This fully air conditioned, spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor, very close to transport and King Street (approximately 5 minutes walk), which is known for its multi cultural restaurants, cafes and shops. Newtown is 10 -15 minutes from the Sydney CBD.
The apartment has been finished by an interior designer and offers stylish yet comfortable accommodation. The main living area has a spacious combined lounge and dining area with a table for 6 persons, TV/DVD, double sofa bed and sound system. There is a north facing balcony off the living area which looks to the gardens and the square.
The unit has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, one with king size bed which splits into 2 singles), 2 full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, full oven and cook top, as well as its own fully equipped laundry.
