On the ground floor there is a spacious living room/kitchen with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. Another bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. Ceiling are beamed in typical Andalucian style with bamboo inserts. In front of the house is a large partly covered terrace which provides shade in summer.

Set in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain, Competa is approximately 17 km inland from Torre Del Mar and Nerja and only one hours drive from Malaga Airport.

One of the famous white villages of the Axarquia, Competa glistens against the impressive backdrop of the Sierras. It retains its old world character as typified by the traditional municipal market, but offers modern facilities including several small supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, banks, swimming pool.
Many places of interest are within driving distance. They include the
underground caverns at Nerja, the yacht marina at Marbella, the city of Malaga with its many shops and concert venues. History is all around, Moorish architecture in the villages and Moorish watchtowers on the coast not to mention the famous Alhambra in Granada
