The Mar Menor Resort os a gated golf and leisure complex where there is 24 hour security. There is a 9 hole golf course on site whereby guests who stay in the resort get discounted green fees.
This property is a luxury two bedroom villa where both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a private solarium on the first floor where fantatic views can be enjoyed. The living and dining area are open plean with windows to the front and rear of the villa. There is satellite TV, DVD player. There is an outside terrace where you can dine al fresco! This also leads on to the garden and pool area. The kitchen has all the usual facilities along with dishwasher and washing machine. There are also two bicycles for those who want a healthy alternative to the car in order to explore the area. By July 2005 there will be a 5 star hotel in place with a restaurant and pool.
Local Area DetailsThe property is only a very short drive from all the beaches and seaside towns of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a therapeutic salt water lagoon with water temperatures higher than the Mediterranean.There are water parks and theme parks all within driving distance. The Roman city of Cartagena is only twenty minutes away by car. The Nature Reserve of Calblanque is only ten minutes away. There are also many other golf courses nearby including La Manga.
