Property Details of Costa de la Luz Villa
The property is a 3-bedroomed detached villa with a large secluded garden which it shares with a separate studio-apartment (also available for rent: see Finca Charlett). It comprises a lounge/dining area with satellite T.V/. DVD and comfortable chairs, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room, a single bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, wc, washbasin and bidet, and a separate toilet.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier (extra cost), iron and ironing board for your use. Towels and linen are provided. You will also have full use of the large shared garden, with various seating areas, some under large mature shady trees.
Beside the pool there is a covered terrace with a built-in barbeque and drinks fridge. A welcome pack with some basic groceries is supplied on your arrival.
Local Area DetailsPago del Humo is a small friendly village, 5 minutes from the N340 which is the main Southern Spain coastal road from Malaga to Cadiz. There is a bar, restaurant, small supermarket and chemist within a few minutes easy walk. Chiclana de la Frontera is a traditional Spanish town and has much to offer with its architecture, resturants, shops, and markets and is 10 minutes drive away.
If you wish you will be able to play golf and tennis, also fish, go horseriding or sailing,or enjoy the local unspoilt clean sandy beaches, all of these activities are within a 10 minute drive.
This part of Andelucia has a rich cultural and historic heritage and a magnificently diverse landscape with beautiful unspoilt beaches. La Barrosa beach has been awarde the Blue Flag since it was founded. Nearby there is a national park which attracts migrating birds. Usually storks can be seen in the local area, their nests situated on the tops of electricity pylons. This is also the area the Spanish themselves come on holiday. Cadiz, Jerez, Gilbraltar and Seville are all within easy driving distance, as are some traditional hilltop white villages with splendid views over the surrounding countryside.
