Located amongst the orange groves on the Marxuquera mountainside, this lovely villa is set in a cul-de-sac, with it's own walled grounds for total privacy and security.
Recently modernised throughout, with a fully fitted kitchen and modern conveniences, and 2 new bathrooms.
The terraced pool area is surrounded by a balustrade with gates for child safety, and spacious sunbathing on the loungers or on the lawn. Also, outside of the villa has tiled patio areas with lights for dining and relaxing. The BBQ is on a non-slip tiled area, next to the outside dining table, (which seats 10 comfortably), for safety and ease of cooking.
Inside there is a large lounge with TV and dining area, the downstairs bathroom, and the first bedroom.
Upstairs has 4 more bedrooms, with 2 of them leading onto a balcony which overlooks the pool and garden area. Also upstairs is the second bathroom and landing area.
Cots and a high chair, if available, on request at time of booking.
The road is good, with easy access, street lighting and plenty of parking space.
A quiet restaurant/bar is a few minutes stroll away.

Local Area DetailsAlicante airport is 80 miles south, and Valencia airport is 50 miles north of the villa.
5 minutes drive to Gandia town, and 15 minutes to Gandia's "blue flag award" winning beach and promenade. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops with miles of golden sand and very safe bathing. The beach also has lifeguards and showers.
There is a zoo in Vergel, which is @ half and hour away, and well worth a visit.
Benidorm is 50 miles south, and has "Terra Mitica" theme park, "Aqualandia" water centre, "Mundomar" aquatic park with parrots, seals and plenty of other wildlife, and Benidorm itself is worth a visit or 2.
"Oliva Nova" golf course is @ 15 miles from us.
